  • A progressive training curriculum that builds competence and confidence in your movement and your life.

  • At each level, you’ll learn how to move and why, how to improve and progress, and how to get the most out of each movement, whatever your physical skill.

  • Students begin with White Ribbon foundations. You learn the alignment, breathing, and movement essentials necessary to build every pose.

  • You then progress to Red Ribbon and move at your own pace as your flexibility, balance, and strength grows.

  • YMI is a radical new approach to personal training. We’ve designed and tested a progressive curriculum that combines meditation, movement, and mindfulness. In 10 lessons, you’ll feel more open, more mobile, and mentally and physically stronger than you thought possible.

  • Each class is 75 minutes in length. Class sizes are limited (no more than 10 people) to ensure individual attention. Each class includes a brief meditation, movement training, and a short mindfulness discussion. The combination of these three components is the key to rapid transformation.
