What is COG Yoga?

A class that focuses on the essential basics of yoga: what they are, why we do them, and how to do them correctly for your body.

An opportunity to learn so you can feel comfortable in any yoga class.

A chance to ask questions — there are no stupid questions!

A chance to meet some other guys who are on the same longevity journey.

And actually, open to ALL AGES!
