
Men’s Yoga
We’re excited to be the first yoga center (that we know of) to focus on delivering yoga instruction tailored for men.
Most of the men who come to our studio are athletes. They are active. They love to ski, hike, bike, trail run... the list is endless.
Not surprisingly, most all have injuries, back pain, limited mobility, and other challenges that are affecting their ability to do their favorite sports.
They all want yoga. They just need it taught differently.
So we created a class based on our yoga training program just for men. We call it Creaky Old Guys (COG) yoga.
What is COG Yoga?
A class that focuses on the essential basics of yoga: what they are, why we do them, and how to do them correctly for your body.
An opportunity to learn so you can feel comfortable in any yoga class.
A chance to ask questions — there are no stupid ones!
A chance to meet some other guys who are on the same longevity journey.
And actually, it’s open to ALL AGES!
